Recently, in art class, I've been grilled for not having enough meaning behind my work. I have to admit, many times when I create something, I don't have any deep conceptual meaning behind it. Sometimes it just works better when I just see what can come out of it. But my grade is suffering for it :(Like this image, where looking sad just kind of seemed like it would suit the mood.
